Page journeys

Follow the actual path a visitor takes across your site — entry page, every step after it, and where they stopped.

From landing page to decision

Aggregate exit rates tell you a page loses people. Journeys tell you what those people were trying to do: which page they came from, what they opened next, how many steps they took before leaving. That difference is what makes a fix obvious instead of speculative.

Common things journeys expose

Visitors looping between two pages because neither answers the question. Traffic landing on a campaign page then leaving for an unrelated part of the site. People reaching pricing from a feature page but never the reverse — usually a missing internal link.

Journeys plus replay

Journeys narrow down which step is the problem. On paid plans and during the trial, session replay lets you open that step and watch it, which turns "they drop at checkout" into a specific broken interaction.

Plans and limits

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a funnel report?

A funnel measures a path you defined in advance. Journeys show the paths visitors actually took, including the ones you would not have thought to configure.

Do I need a paid plan for journeys?

No. Journeys are included on Free within its event allowance and 30-day history. Paid plans add unlimited retention and session replay.
